DHL delivery SUCKS!!!
SUCKSThe tracking number shows my laptop left Dell in Nashville, Tn on 5/5/08 and arrived here in Ashland, Ky on 5/6/08. Great,huh?? Was loaded on the couriers vehicle at 7:38am on 5/7/08 and scheduled for delivery that day by 5pm. Same on 5/8/08 and now it's 7am on Friday the 9th and tracking still shows it's supposed to be delivered today?????????? IT"S 5 FREAKING MILES PEOPLE!!!!!!
If it doesn't make it today it will be Monday, maybe and they send it back to the shipper after 7 days, there is no local number to call and they close at 5pm!!!!

That blows. I hate DHL, too. They always mess it up. Do what ^^^lostinatrance^^^ says...good luck!!!
Find out the courier service and pick it up yourself. If you want something done right, gotta do it yourself.
I think it will come today!!!!!!!
