Black and White
My Ohio River Heritage.
I'm 63 and so far have spent most of my life living on the banks of this old river.
She's home to me, and hopefully always will be.
The Ironton/Russell Bridge
Same bridge on a foggy morning.
Tugboat idling in the fog.
The Ironton, Oh docks.
At the foot of my yard.
Taken while mowing the yard.
Catlettsburg, Ky floodwall mural.
These were all taken behind the floodwall.
Gotta be careful where you walk!
This old river works 24/7. It never stops.
Hope it never does!
Seedsower has invited us to post in color themes,
check out her Painted This Town Red post for the schedule if you'd like to join in!

I am a big fan of B&W pictures.
Praying for a speedy recovery!
There is something about the B&W photos that capture me! I love these you shared! You are blessed to live with the River. Thank you for sharing her with us! These brought back memories of my time near the Mississippi. Love your water, trees, water birds, fog, and boats. And that spider...he made me squeal!

HUGS!
These pictures rock! Great photos. And what a backyard you have. Thanks for sharing.
