Baja-ha Fish Tacos
We weren't real busy today, so at lunch time I drove on down to Ashland to Long John Silver's for something different.
Been wanting to try the new Baja fish tacos anyway.
And, they are not bad. Just a piece of LJ's fried fish on an unbrowned flour tortilla, lettuce, and some spicy Baja sauce.
And, for only 99 cents, I guess you can't expect too much.
(oops- I need to clean up my truck)
I think I would like averagebetty's a lot more.
At least, there's BEER in the batter!

@gllady - We only have the one here in Ashland, and it's pretty good most days. Last Thurs was free taco day, so I went back and got another!
Used to LOVE eating at Long John Silvers and when we finally got one here (sharing a bldg w/Taco Bell) I was happy UNTIL I went to eat there. The fish was soggy and tasteless. I remember it being crispy and very good. Haven't been back since. Hate it when your tatse buds are disappointed. Glad you enjoyed your meal. *hugs*

@AlterEgo909 - The little pieces of rock hard fried batter that falls off when the fish is removed from the oil and they sweep up from the floor? Thankfully, they forgot to put 'em on mine!
I like myself some tuna, but not like that
And here, in Malaysia, Long John Silver's just ain't popular. Blame KFC! McD's! Burger King!
