I am feeling lazy today. Pasted this one from an e-mail. Yawn.................. Grilling tip As every Southerner knows, now that it is spring, it is time to get ready for that all-important cooking technique of the south --- outdoor grilling! I have just found out there are several stores (not just in the South) where you can get a FREE Bar-B-Que grill! You can get a free BBQ grill from any of the following stores: A&P Albertsons Costco Dan's Food Lion Fry's Home Depot Big Lots Brookshire's Lowes Publix Safeway Sam's Club Target Vons Trader Joe's Wal-Mart Winn-Dixie I especially like the higher rack -- which can be used for keeping things warm! Just make sure to get a metal one... the plastic ones don't do so well. Ya'll enjoy now! |

Flop Shot - The debut album
I've managed to avoid this for about a month now, but MrsHammett finally tagged me!
Here's mine!!
the album cover project.....
1 - Go to Wikipedia. Hit "random"
or click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to "Random quotations"
or click http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”
or click http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use The GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, paint, or similar to put it all together.
5 - Post it and tag the friends you want to join in. -
Circles at the flea market
This is basically a picture post. For Angi.
Damn things are everywhere!!!
And, lastly. It's not a circle but it's cute so I'm gonna put it in!

The Phoenix that is the Milton Flea Market
I am impressed. By this time next year, the Milton Flea Market should be fully rebuilt. Bigger and better than ever!
They had over 350 inside vendors before the fire, at completion of the rebuild there should be room for over 500. All new construction, insulated, heated and air conditioned, and a modern, fully operational sprinkler system! The last being a damn good idea!
These two center outside vendor areas are the only two that weren't connected and didn't burn. They are still open for business.
Glad to see it moving along so well.
The owner must have had a pretty good insurance policy!

Back to the Milton Flea Market
It's supposed to be 68 and sunny today. I think we'll go to Milton, WVa today and see how they're recovering from the devestating fire they suffered last year.
You can read about it HERE.
This will be our first trip back since the fire. Should be interesting, I'll take some pics!
See y'all when we get back!

Circles and circles within circles
Intricate round windows must have been a popular theme with church designers in the 1800's in the Ironton, Oh area.
The first four are all on the second story and appear to be around 10 or 11 feet in diameter.
About three feet in diameter, this one needs a little work.
Originally a window damaged beyond repair, it was replaced with brickwork. And, not a bad job either.
There's four circles in this one. At least.
